FrostBiteX Refund & Guarantee Policy

1. Refund Policy Overview

At FrostBiteX, we stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets our eligibility requirements.

2. Return Eligibility

Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be denied a refund. To initiate a return, you must contact us first by emailing support@frostbitex.com. Do not send your package back to the original shipping address unless instructed to do so.

3. Promotional & Bundle Purchases

Items purchased under promotional offers such as β€œBuy One Get One” or β€œBuy Two Get One” must be returned together in full in order to qualify for a refund. Partial returns from promotional bundles are not eligible.

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns: grillz (for sanitary reasons), moissanite jewelry, earrings, custom pendants, and custom rings. These items are made to order or involve hygiene considerations and cannot be restocked.

5. Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. FrostBiteX does not cover the cost of return postage unless the return qualifies under our guarantee for defects or damage.

6. Our 365-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

FrostBiteX offers a 365-day, one-time satisfaction guarantee per item. If your jewelry arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. This guarantee reflects our commitment to affordable luxury and long-term customer satisfaction.

7. Guarantee Limitations

The 365-day guarantee may be used once per item and does not cover lost or stolen products, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear beyond manufacturing defects.

8. Lost or Missing Packages

FrostBiteX is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking information shows β€œdelivered” but you have not received your package, you must contact USPS or the assigned shipping carrier directly and file a claim with them.

9. Final Notes

By completing a purchase with FrostBiteX, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Refund & Guarantee Policy. We encourage customers to review all product details carefully before placing an order, especially for custom or final-sale items.
