Every FrostBiteX piece is handled with precision. Processing times vary depending on the item you order:

  1. Standard (Non-Custom) Jewelry: 24–48 hours
  2. Custom Letter Pendants: 12–15 business days
    (In some cases, up to 2–3 weeks depending on complexity)
  3. Custom Photo Pendants: 2–5 business days
  4. Moissanite Jewelry: 3–5 business days

Custom pieces are made specifically for you, which is why production times may vary slightly.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number and tracking link via email.

You can also track your order anytime using your email address and order number through our tracking page.


Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Prices shown on FrostBiteX do not include customs duties or import taxes.

  1. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, excise duties, or government charges required by their country.
  2. These fees are typically paid directly to your local customs authority or postal service upon delivery.
  3. FrostBiteX does not calculate or collect customs duties at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to the nature of our production process:

  1. Orders cannot be edited, changed, or canceled once placed.
  2. Orders are sent to production almost immediately, especially custom pieces.

Why Did My Order Arrive in Multiple Packages?

FrostBiteX operates with multiple production facilities and warehouses worldwide. In rare cases, items within the same order may ship separately based on availability and production timelines.

This allows us to get your pieces to you as quickly as possible rather than waiting for all items to finish at the same time.
